During your treatment at Serenity Vista, you will have abundant opportunity to find healthy ways to express your emotions. Our Art Therapy projects are fun, and they are a powerful way to tap into unconscious feelings and thoughts. Recovery is very hard work. Creative therapy is an outlet to reach harder-to-find places from a new approach.
Whether painting on canvas or painting a rock, creating your own personal Vision Board, making mandalas or dream catchers, or just experimenting with different mediums, your spirit has a creative way to shine. It is never about the ‘finished product’, but more about the process of discovery. Whether you believe you are ‘artistic’ or not, you will experience creative expression in ways to bring you personal insight, joy and delight.
